Event Rules
This event is being held in 5 countries (South Korea, USA, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand), and winners will only be selected from these.
Winners will be contacted via the social media account used to participate. (Twitter or Instagram)
This event is only for participants of ages 14 and up.
In the case where the winner is a minor, the permission of a legal guardian will be required, and a lack of permission is grounds for disqualification from the event.
The winner announcement is scheduled to take place within 7 days of the end of the event. (This might change depending on circumstances.)
The winners’ social media IDs (Twitter or Instagram) will be displayed in the announcement post.
In the case of the iPad prize, it will be sent within 7 days of the winner announcement, but delivery times may change depending on location.
In the case where the Google Play Coupon or the Starbucks Coupon prizes are not available or released in the winner’s country, they will be replaced with other products of similar value.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for the prized of other countries. In the case of the Google Play or Starbucks Coupon prize exceeding their expiration dates, extensions will not be granted.
The Google Play and Starbucks Coupons will be delivered to their respective winners via their Instagram or Twitter account within 7 days of the winner announcement.
Collection of personal information is required to send the prizes to the winners. Winners will be ineligible to receive the prize reward if correspondence is not made within 7 days of the winner announcement.
Due to Public Charges and Tax regulations differing between countries, any eventual taxes and fees on prizes valued above $600 have to be covered by the winner. For this purpose, information and personal identification documents belonging to the winner may be requested, and refusing to provide these details will result in disqualification from the event.
This event and any dates specified may change depending on internal circumstances at Devsisters.
Devsisters employees are excluded from entering in this event.
Winners are not allowed to choose the color or other options in regards to their prizes.
Devsisters does not take responsibility for issues regarding reselling the prizes to a third party.
The participating account and the related post must remain public until the winner reveal date, and the post must contain the abovementioned hashtags in order to count as a valid entry.
The following may cause entrants to have their entry invalidated or be disqualified from participating in the event.
1) Entering into the event using incorrect and/or false information, either on purpose or by mistake
2) Failing to enter a shipping address during the entry period, or entering an incorrect address (including changing place of residence)
3) Deactivation or deletion of social media account, or if the winning account is found to be in violation of the Devsisters Terms of Service
4) Unclear response or refusal to receive prize
5) The prize being returned after delivery due to prolonged absence or incorrectly entered information
6) The recipient of the prize not matching the identity of the winner of the event
7) Inappropriate nickname of winning account
8) Having history of receiving punishment for breaking the rules in any Cookie Run game
9) Being selected as a winner in this event through illicit means (ex. using multiple accounts, abusing bugs and/or flaws in the system, etc.)
10) Using another person’s information, or false information, when entering the event
