February 28 Update Patch Notes - (Fashion Week!) Pastel Meringue Cookie

Here are the details of the February 28 update.

- Creamtese: Bites and rips apart a punk doll!

PROJECT COOKIE RUNWAY! EVENT

- Give GingerBrave a total makeover in the 2023 Fashion Week S/S Season!

- Run in the maps to gather Fabric Jellies for each designer and use them to create outfits in their workshops!

- Dress up GingerBrave in your outfits and receive mission rewards.

- Give GingerBrave your very own style, and receive plentiful rewards as well as a special Lobby Design!

- The Signature Outfit of the top player on the overall leaderboards will even have their outfit made into a Cookie Costume, given to all players after the event!

COOKIE RUN TECHNICAL LICENSE

- The difficulty of certain practice missions has been lowered. 

- Affected Missions:

    - 2-2, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 5-2, 5-3, 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 7-1, 7-3, 9-3, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3

*The difficulty of Final Tests has not been adjusted.

- You no longer need to clear the Final Test to move on to the next License Level.

MODE SELECT SCREEN

- Added a Favorites feature. Tap the star icon in the top right of your favorite game modes to make them appear at the beginning of the list!

- Removed the Cookie Run Diary button. The Diary button can now be found via the Escape Level button of the main lobby at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

- The button designs have been changed.

ESCAPE LEVEL

- Added rewards for Escape Levels 326-330.

- Added "+75 pts for all Jellies during Blast" as a reward for Escape Level 260. (applied retroactively)

- Check out all your bonuses via the See Bonuses button.

COOKIE/PET/TREASURE TAGS

- Cookies, Pets, and Treasures with skills pertaining to Potions will now have the #Potions tag added. The previously used #Recovery tag will instead be removed in these cases.

- Cookies, Pets, and Treasures with skills that restore Energy without the use of Potions will keep the #Recovery tag.

COOKIE TRIALS

- Due to the adjustments in this update, the rank requirements for Earl Grey Cookie, White Choco Cookie, and Cotton Candy Cookie's respective Trials have been adjusted accordingly.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

- The Cozy Winter Village map has rotated out and is replaced by the Temple of Noble Heroes map.

- In order to collect accurate data for the new and adjusted maps, Dr. Wasabi's Combi Generator will be temporarily unavailable. (Expected to return March 3)

BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS & BUG FIXES

COOKIES

- Earl Grey Cookie: Instead of getting points by hotel employees destroying obstacles, points are now given when the hotel employees are summoned, increased Energy, removed Energy restoration from Gourmet Jellies, increased restored Energy amount from upgrading Magic Candy, increased Cooldown, increased points for Gourmet Jellies, increased pts for Cleaning Jellies, increased points for Banquet Jellies, increased points for Banquet Confetti Jellies, Milk Snack is now a Combi Treasure

- White Choco Cookie: Obstacles destroyed by the sword will now create White Choco Jellies, fixed an issue where White Choco Jellies created when destroying obstacles were not affected by bonuses other than Combi bonus, increased points for White Choco Jellies, increased points for Brilliant White Choco Jellies

- Cotton Candy Cookie: The maximum blast speed is no longer limited during the skill, reduced Cooldown, reduced points for Cotton Candy Jellies, increased points for Loving Heart Jellies

- Mustard Cookie: Skill points are now fixed instead of being a varying number, Rabbit Graffiti Points are now added to regular Graffiti Points, Rabbit Graffiti Points have now reduced accordingly, fixed an issue where the Spray Jelly creation timer would reset at the end of the skill

- Cherry Blossom Cookie: When transitioning to and from Bonus Time, Cherry Blossom Jellies will now no longer stop but instead keep moving

- Princess Cookie: Fixed an issue where leveling up would not show Pink Heart Jellies as giving more points

- Mint Choco Cookie: The skill description has been changed from a chance to create Giant Coin Flowers to creating a certain number of Giant Coin Flowers

PETS

- Crying Saucer: Reduced Cooldown, reduced points for Ghost Teacup Potions

- Pocket Watch Referee: Changed the Pet's bonus to all collected Jellies to bonus to all collected Jellies during blast mode, increased bonus points

- Cotton Candy Bird: Reduced Cooldown, increased the duration of Giant Mode, Blast Mode, and reduced Energy drain when a Letter is picked up, and the Energy drain is now more powerful

- Dino Egg: Fixed an issue where the Cooldown would reset when all the Dino-Pop Fireworks exploded

- Fruit Doe: Fig Piece Jellies now appear at certain intervals and can now appear in the air as well

- Magmabird: Excess Magmabird Feather Jellies, when starting Blast Mode, no longer disappear after creation but instead have their creation delayed

- Cotton Candy Bird, Juice Tumbler, Power Candy Tin, Bow Tie Bottle: The Energy drain reduction now is interrupted when the skill is interrupted

TREASURES

- Jelly Cream Whisk: Now attracts winged Jellies, increased Jelly attraction radius, increased Cooldown, increased points for Cupcake Jellies

COMBIS

- Earl Grey Cookie & Crying Saucer: Increased points for Hotel Jellies has been changed to increased Hotel Employee Summoning Points

- White Choco Cookie & Pocket Watch Referee: Increased points for White Choco Jellies

- Cotton Candy Cookie & Cotton Candy Bird: Increased points for Cotton Candy Jellies have been changed to increased points for Loving Heart Jellies

PACKAGES

KNOWN ISSUES

- Cherry Blossom Cookie: An issue where more Cherry Blossom Jellies appear after returning from Bonus Time after entering without the skill being active

*This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the near future.
