June 28 Update Patch Notes - Season 7: Snake Fruit Cookie!

Season 7 has finally arrived!

Enjoy a brand-new Breakout Episode, the Tough Cookie Club event mode, and the new Cookie: Snake Fruit Cookie!! 

Here’s what’s new in the June 28 update.

1. SNAKE FRUIT COOKIE & IVORY SCALE FAN PET

- Snake Fruit Cookie: Summons Snake Soldiers that attack and grant points.

- Ivory Scale Fan: Whips up a whirlwind that destroys obstacles and create Wind Jellies!

2. NEW EPIC TREASURE

Drakeling Claw: Swipes a dragon’s claw in front of the Cookie, destroying obstacles!

3. NEW EVENT MODE: TOUGH COOKIE CLUB! 

Prove your strength… at the Tough Cookie Club!

Participate in the Tough Cookie Club and earn sweet rewards, such as Special Cookie Chests and Rainbow Cubes!

4. NEW BREAKOUT MAIN EPISODE: LUSTROUS LONGAN PALACE

Run with up to 10 Cookies in this new Breakout Main Episode!

5. GUILD RUNS SEASON 17: THE AGE OF DRAGONS SEASON

The guild system has received an update! Join a guild and earn tons of rewards just from checking in with the new Check-In Bingo!

6. TEAM FIGHT: FRIENDSHIP MATCHES!

New Friendship Matches are here! Go head to head against a team of your choosing!

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

- The "Cutting Edge CookieBot Laboratory" map has been rotated out for the "Happy Party World" map.

JELLY SHAPE GACHA

- The following 2 Jelly Shape Sets have been added to the Jelly Shape Gacha:

- 4th Anniversary

SEASON 7 SPECIAL LEGENDARY COSTUME RATE-UP PARTY

- Celebrating the Season 7 update, there will be a special Rate-Up event for certain Costumes for the duration as shown below.

This is your opportunity to get those Costumes you always wanted!

- Event duration: June 28, 09:00 - July 14, 08:00 (GMT+9)

TEAM FIGHT

TEAM FIGHT MAP ROTATION

- 5 new maps have arrived to Team Fight. Enjoy the new additions to the game mode!

TEAM FIGHT FRIENDSHIP MATCHES

- Added Friendship Matches, where you can go head to head against a team of your choosing!

- Form 2 teams with 3 players each and enter the other team's ID to send the match invitation.

*Please note that Trophies and Shop Points are not rewarded in Friendship Matches!

TEAM FIGHT LEAVER PENALTY

- In addition to being limited from matchmaking, leaving early now incurs a Trophy penalty too.

- The more instances of mid-match leaving, the harsher the penalty.

TEAM FIGHT IMPROVEMENTS

- You can now check up to the 5 most recent matches, and you are now able to copy and save the Combis of other participants from there.

- You can now save Combis including Cookies, Pets, or Treasures that you do not yet possess.

- Players' Breakout Levels are no longer displayed when entering a match.

- Added tickets that allow free usage of MAX Boosts. These will be available through future events.

- Purchasing the Season Pass automatically grants MAX Boost.

- The player from each team who contributed the most to the Team Missions will now be displayed as MVP.

TEAM FIGHT LEGEND RANK TITLES

- Tweaked the titles to make them just a bit cooler.

- This also applies to the titles rewarded between May 27 - June 28.

BALANCE CHANGES & BUG FIXES

COOKIES

- Dino-Sour Cookie: Fixed an issue where the dinosaur attacking above would collect certain unintended kinds of Jellies, reduced cooldown, increased points for Jelly Chops and Golden Jelly Chops

- Peperoncino Cookie: Fixed an issue where using the skill's jump ability in an area where jump height is limited would cause the Cookie to go below the map and sprint infinitely, fixed an issue where if the skill activated while on a zip line, the ability animation would stay until the end of the zip line

- Lime Cookie: Added a gauge displaying the cooldown until the next time beach balls fall down from the sky

- Lemon Cookie: Fixed an issue where the Super Magnetism effect from the Lemon Shield would not affect the Magnetic Aura from the Divine Guardian Shield Treasure

PETS

- Dino Egg: Reduced cooldown, the amount of explosions and the Energy restored by Dino-Pop Fireworks now no longer depends on level, leveling up now instead increases the amount of times Energy is restored, increased points for Dino-Pop Jellies

TREASURES

- Horse Figurine: Now earns Warhorse Spirit Points 2 additional times, reduced Warhorse Spirit Points, reduced Combi Bonus points

- Paradise Compass: Fixed an issue where equipping the Treasure caused Crescent Moon Jellies, Lotus Gems, Pirate Coins, and Spectral Jellies to not be pulled in without Super Magnet effects, even if the running Cookie should have Magnetic Aura towards those Jellies by default

- Dino-Sour Cookie & Dino Egg: Points for Jelly Chops increased

OTHER

- The following Cookies, Pets, and Treasures now have the Jellies created by their abilities automatically be drawn to the Cookie when within a certain radius:

COOKIE TRIALS

- Due to the balance adjustments to Dino-Sour Cookie, the point requirements in the respective Cookie Trial have changed.

GUILD SYSTEM REWORK

CHECK-IN & EXPLORATION

- Guild Check-In Bingo has been added, giving rewards just for checking in. Find out more in the Check-In Bingo description!

- The Exploration feature has been removed.

GUILD CHEER SQUADS

- Guild Cheer Squads are unlocked for everyone who is a member of a guild.

- Guild Cheer Squads work identically as regular Cheer Squads. (No effect in Cookie Trials or Treasure Trials)

- Guild Cheer Squads are only effective while in a guild, and leaving would make the effects unavailable until joining a guild again.

GUILD COOKING

- Added the option to purchase Cooking Ingredient Chests in the Guild Shop. These chests can be bought with either Guild Coins or Crystals.

- When cooking for the guild, if the collected ingredients can create multiple dishes, it is no longer random and the dish to make can be selected.

- Guild EXP is now rewarded for finishing cooking dishes.

GUILD CHATTING

- You can now tell the rest of the guild about your obtained Costumes and Jelly Shapes!

- The guild chat can now be accessed directly via a button in the top-right from more menus!

- When inviting all guild members to Team Fight, this is now shared in the guild chat.

- To allow for people to more easily communicate with each other, a translation feature has been added to the guild chat!

GUILD LEVEL

- Changed the Guild Runs emblem design.

- Removed Guild Icons to improve visibility.

- Added titles as rewards for reaching Guild Level 1, 10, and 20.
