January 27 Update Patch Notes - Candlelight Cookie

 Greetings from the Cookie Run: OvenBreak team.

This new update introduces Candlelight Cookie, who admires the treasure in the Witch's attic!

Here is what we have for you with this update.

1. CANDLELIGHT COOKIE & CANDLE MELT BEAR

- Candlelight Cookie: Converts Treasure items into Wax Treasures at given intervals, and different effects are activated depending on the item!

- Candle Melt Bear: Creates Candle Melt Bear Jelly Parties at given intervals!

2. NEW TREASURE

Good-Job Bear Stamp: Stamps a Wax Seal at given intervals destroying obstacles ahead, and creates a Giant Wax Seal!

3. 2022 GRAND CHAMPIONS LEAGUE OPEN!

The 2022 Grand Champions League is here!

Cookies

- Chili Pepper Cookie: Increased base Energy, faster Energy drain while sneaking inside the vault, increased points for Treasure Jellies, increased points for special Diamond Jellies

- Firecracker Cookie: Increased base Energy, reduced cooldown, increased Arcade Points

- Birthday Cake Cookie: Increased base Energy, reduced cooldown, increased points for Confetti Jellies, increased points for Birthday Presents

Pets

- Bad Pepper: Chili Coins now appear with Bear Jellies and Coins, increased cooldown, increased points for Chili Coins

- Super PEWPEW!: Reduced cooldown

- Party Balloon: The Jellies acquired while the Pet flies also changed to be included in the number of Jellies needed for the next skill activation, increased the number of Jellies required for skill activation, increased points for Balloon Jellies

- Wave Drop: Fixed the number of Water Column summons at each level, increased points, and number of Energy recovery when summoning Water Columns (Level 15 remains the same)

Treasures

- Mirror of Malice: Increased points for Dark Stone Jellies, increased points for Malicious Spirit Jellies

Combi Bonuses

- Chili Pepper Cookie & Bad Pepper: Increased points for Treasure Jellies

- Firecracker Cookie & Super PEWPEW!: Increased Arcade Points

- Birthday Cake Cookie & Party Balloon: Increased points for Confetti Jellies

Other

- With the addition of the Cookie & Treasure Combi Bonus, the following Treasure Combi Bonus has been removed: Mama's Apple Pie, Kitty's Lovely Lunchbox, Kitty's Candy Box

Champions League

Candlelight Cookie Season of the Champions League has started!

Maps

1. Ancient Forest Altar has been replaced with Mysterious Yogurt Dunes.

2. Alleviated difficulty for Cozy Winter Village.

3. Alleviated difficulty for The Red Dragon's Valley.

4. The Blast Jelly that was removed from the Super Bonus Time (a Bonus Time entered when the Cookie's Energy is low) has been added again.

System

1. The interval between Distractions has increased.

2. A new Distraction, Distortion Scissors, has been added, which appears in the newly added map.

3. Distortion Scissors: It appears randomly and distorts some parts of the screen for a certain period.

Other

-  To store the information of the newly added map and the changed maps, Dr. Wasabi Cookie's Best Combi Generator will be temporarily unavailable. (Scheduled to reopen on February 3, 2022)

Custom Runs

- The time when the FINISHED button is automatically activated after 90 seconds of a Run, was adjusted to 120 seconds instead.

Cookie Trials

- Chili Pepper Cookie's Trial, Birthday Cake Cookie's Trial, and Firecracker Cookie's Trial's required Rank scores have been adjusted.
