August 26 Update Patch Notes - Hydrangea Cookie!

Hydrangea Cookie has finally joined OvenBreak! 🌸

Here comes the list of additions and changes to the game.

1. HYDRANGEA COOKIE AND FLORAL FROGLET PET

Hydrangea Cookie: Colorful hydrangea flowers bloom with regular intervals,

creating Hydrangea Jellies and Hydrangea Petal Jellies!

Floral Froglet: Drops Hydrangea Jellies behind with every jump.

2. NEW TREASURE

Flowering Can: Grows seeds into lovely flowers, bearing fruit that can be collected for points.

3. COOKIE TRIALS: HARD MODE!

Test your limits in the new Cookie Trial: Hard Mode!

4. MAIN STORY CHAPTER 6!

Breakout Main Episode: New Fragrant Lotus Paradise Stage!

A new stage has been added for the Breakout Main Episode: Fragrant Lotus Paradise,

and it is now possible to run through the 12 total stages with up to 15 runners!

Balance adjustments and bug fixes

Cookies

- Matcha Cookie: Fixed an issue where entering Bonus Time while Matcha Cookie’s

skill was active would cause the skill to end prematurely after exiting,

reduced the max amount of Seed Spheres fired while blasting on the giant root,

increased points for Matcha Fruit Jellies and Matcha Crystal Jellies, and changed

the Magic Candy blessing “Increased points for all Jellies” to “Increased points for

all Jellies during Giant Mode.”

- Herb Cookie: Changed so that Flower Jellies match the color of the Sprout Jellies,

increased points for Sprout Jellies and Flower Jellies.

- Cherry Blossom Cookie: Changed so that Cherry Blossom Jellies and Red Petal Jellies

no longer fall down holes, reduced points for Cherry Blossom Jellies,

increased points for Red Petal Jellies.

- Tiger Lily Cookie: Increased Energy, increased maximum height the spear can

appear at, changed so that if no spear appears, holes in the ground will be covered

and a spear will appear in that location, and fixed issue with spear being created

over Snow Blossom’s Ice Podiums.

- Ginseng Cookie: Changed so that striking the ground with the Ginseng Staff

now destroys nearby obstacles.

- Starfruit Cookie: Fixed issue where the Energy restored by the Magic Candy

ability would not be highlighted in blue, fixed Starfruit Jellies to also be affected

by Ticking Treasure Chest’s Power Jellies.

- Birthday Cake Cookie: Reduced cooldown for creating Birthday Presents.

- Devil Cookie: Fixed an issue where Pets with revival abilities would attempt to

revive Devil Cookie during the final blast of the Cookie’s skill in circumstances

where the conditions for revival were already fulfilled.

- Chess Choco Cookie: Fixed an issue where Pets with revival abilities would

attempt to revive Chess Choco Cookie during the final blast of the Cookie’s skill

in circumstances where the conditions for revival were already fulfilled.

- Mango Cookie: The dangerous island will now always appear as the third island.

- Dark Choco Cookie: Fixed an issue where Dark Lightning wouldn’t strike

certain floors.

- Moonlight Cookie: Fixed an issue where Crescent Moon Jellies would be attracted

from further away than the Magnetic Aura range while Moonlight Magic is active.

Pets

- Green Tea Bag: Increased points for Tea Drop Jellies.

- Herb Teapot: Increased points for Sprout Jellies.

- Tea Cup: Increased points for Cherry Blossom Jellies.

- Meat King: Increased amount of Jellies to collect before creating Meat Jelly,

reduced the standard amount of Meat Jellies created, Pet will now create more

Meat Jellies based on the amount of Jellies collected, and increased points for

Meat Jellies.

- Windcatcher: Fixed issue where the slower Energy depletion effect

would disappear after returning from Bonus Time after entering during gusts of wind.

Treasures

- Enchanted Mirror: Petrified obstacles will now automatically be destroyed.

Combi Bonuses

- Matcha Cookie & Green Tea Bag: Increased points for Matcha Fruit Jellies

- Herb Cookie & Herb Teapot: Increased points for Sprout Jellies

- Cherry Blossom Cookie & Tea Cup: Reduced points for Cherry Blossom Jellies

- Tiger Lily Cookie & Meat King: Destruction points from throwing spear increased

Other

Changed so that Cookies who are restricted from jumping during their abilities

will be able to jump if they run out of Energy, but press the jump button as their

abilities finish.

1. Fixed an error where certain Cookies were able to jump three times instead

of the originally intended double jump.

2. In order to ensure a fair competitive environment, these changes

will be applied after the end of Ginseng Cookie’s New Cookie Cup event.

Fixed an error where the Lotus Gems appearing in Fragrant Lotus Paradise

would not be affected by effects that increased the score of all Coins.

Adjusted the Wholesome Herbville stage of the Fragrant Lotus Paradise map

to only require 3 button presses to gather a herb.

Reduced the movement speed of Ingredient Pouches, Mini Crystal Jars,

Lucky Cookie Jars, and Mystic Jewels.

Trophy Run: New Land’s End Season

A new season of Trophy Race: Land’s End has begun.

Do your best to climb the rankings!

With the coming Champions League revamp, planned for the September update,

the current Trophy Run system will be reworked as well.

Due to this, this Land’s End Season duration has changed as follows.

Season Duration: August 26 - September 29, 08:00 (GMT+9)

Jungle of Beasts, Sunrise at the Tower will be removed, and the following maps

will be added in their place. (Bamboo Wilds, Strange Winded Grove)

The City of Wizards, Crystal Pudding Cave maps have had their designs

partially adjusted.

In order to gather information on the newly added maps, the

“Land’s End Best Combi Leaderboard” feature will be temporarily disabled.

NEW PET COSTUMES

Added Costume feature for Pets.

Pet Costumes obtained with Legendary Cookie Costumes will be separated

from the Cookie Costumes. Players who possess the Legendary Cookie

Costumes listed below will obtain the respective Pet Costumes.

Dark Enchantress Cookie’s Chaos Incarnate - Eyes of Eternal Darkness’ Doomfire

Wind Archer Cookie’s Zephyr of Life - Windcatcher’s Wings of Vitality

Sea Fairy Cookie's Dread Trident of the Abyss - Wave Drop's Fury of the Depths

Any players obtaining Legendary Cookie Costumes in the future will also

receive the respective Pet Costumes as well.
